You’ll be the operational heartbeat behind our fundraising analytics and donor database. From gift/pledge entry and receipting to building segmented lists and dashboards, you’ll ensure the correct data reaches the right people at the right time—and that every donor is acknowledged with excellence. In This Role, You Will

Build bi-monthly and quarterly performance dashboards; partner with Finance on monthly revenue reconciliation. Manage

Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT

(with ResearchPoint): data hygiene, coding standards, imports/exports, user training, and permissions. Process gifts and pledges accurately and on time; produce acknowledgments and receipts that meet IRS standards. Segment lists for campaigns, events, portfolios, and stewardship touches; deliver ad‑hoc analytics for strategy. Conduct prospect research summaries on capacity/affinity and giving history; surface new opportunities via simple models or rules-based scoring. Support the

Ministry Residency Program

(pledge setup, tracking, statements, liaison with churches) and scholarship/fund agreement setup. A week in the life might include : closing gift batches, refreshing the quarterly dashboard, pulling an LYBUNT list, running NCOA updates, reconciling with Finance, and training a gift officer on new list codes—followed by celebrating a scholarship fund reaching its goal. What You Bring

Required A committed personal relationship with Jesus Christ; alignment with Denver Seminary’s Statement of Faith, Community Values, and Behavioral Commitments. Experience in advancement/development data operations (gift entry, receipting, segmentation, reporting). Proficiency in

Raiser’s Edge NXT

(or similar CRM) and strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots). Meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. Preferred Bachelor’s degree (business, statistics, information systems, or related).
