Position Summary
Seeking a dedicated
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
to provide quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The COTA will assist patients in regaining functional independence and improving their ability to perform activities of daily living in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Responsibilities
Implement therapy interventions per the OT’s plan of care Assist in developing and executing individualized treatment programs Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Provide education and support to patients and families Communicate effectively with supervising OT and interdisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies Qualifications
Graduate of an
accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active California COTA license
(or eligibility to obtain) Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a therapy team Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred Schedule:
