Provide hands-on occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, following established care plans and facility guidelines. Support patients in restoring function, improving mobility, and achieving their highest level of independence. Responsibilities
Implement therapy interventions per the OT’s plan of care Accurately document patient progress and outcomes Assist with patient and caregiver education Communicate effectively with supervising OT and interdisciplinary team Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active
California COTA license
(or eligibility to obtain) Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient care skills Why Hanford?
