ChristianaCare is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our existing team of amazing and supportive Providers. This position is 100% subspecialty work in Urogynecology serving a robust patient population. It does not include general gynecology or primary care patients.
We offer the opportunity for independent work at our Concord, PA satellite office and close collaborative work at our main clinical site located in Newark, DE. Early career clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
About the Practice ChristianaCare's Center for Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery is a high-volume, well-established outpatient practice with a long-standing history of excellence in the community. The practice is staffed by three experienced surgeons, two experienced advanced practice providers, and three continence nurses, offering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Travel to satellite offices within approximately 35 minutes of the main office may be required
Position Responsibilities
Independently evaluate and manage patients with pelvic floor disorders including:
Urinary incontinence
Pelvic organ prolapse
Overactive bladder
Fecal incontinence
Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
Provide patient education and counseling
Assess patients for potential surgical referral and coordinate with the surgical team as needed
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware
Certification in a relevant specialty area (e.g., Women's Health, Family Medicine)
Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility)
BLS certification required
Prior experience in Urogynecology, Women's Health, or Urology preferred

Annual Compensation Range Annual Compensation Range $111,278.00 - $140,485.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
