As a key member of the leadership team, the Continuous Improvement Manager collaborates with cross-functional departments to analyze current processes, develop performance metrics, and train employees on best practices. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills that will be essential in driving impactful changes and achieving measurable results.

Up to 10% Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth evaluations of existing workflows and operations, utilizing data analysis and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement. Propose actionable strategies to address identified inefficiencies, focusing on alignment with organizational goals. Lead the creation of Kaizen roadmaps, outlining clear steps, objectives, and timelines for achieving incremental and sustainable process improvements. Work with cross-functional teams to implement Kaizen activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering team involvement. Monitor the progress of Kaizen initiatives, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with functional leaders to identify high-impact processes and projects for inclusion in the organization's continuous improvement portfolio. Engage stakeholders to ensure selected projects align with strategic priorities and gain executive support. Develop and deliver training programs on Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools to empower teams with the knowledge needed for successful implementation. Encourage participation in continuous improvement activities at all levels of the organization by demonstrating the value of these initiatives. Oversee the implementation of process changes, ensuring that improvements meet objectives related to cost reduction, waste elimination, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes, ensuring they deliver sustained value and meet predefined goals. Address challenges or roadblocks during implementation, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure success. Contribute to departmental budgeting by identifying resources needed for improvement initiatives and aligning expenditures with strategic priorities. Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans and procedural changes, ensuring continuous improvement aligns with the company's broader vision. Develop and monitor key metrics to measure the success of continuous improvement projects, such as cost savings, waste reduction, and efficiency gains. Perform other duties as assigned.
