Job Title: Night Auditor Location: 1033 Young St, Dallas, TX 75202, USA (Corporate)
About the opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent guest service.
What you'll get to do: - Check in and check out guests, process payments, and issue keys - Answer guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions and services - Monitor security systems and respond to any security issues - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as restocking supplies and cleaning common areas - Handle cash and credit card transactions, balancing the cash register at the end of each shift - Communicate effectively with other hotel staff and guests
Skills and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures - Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
