Key Skills & Responsibilities
Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM – 7 AM), assist with check‑ins, reservations, and inquiries.
Night Audit: Prepare and finalize the Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing; detail‑oriented.
Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong problem‑solving skills and independence.
Education & Experience
1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
