This position qualifies for a hiring bonus of $5,000. This bonus will be paid in two equal installments. The first installment of $2,500 will be paid after you have completed 90 days of employment. The final $2,500 installment will be disbursed upon successful completion of the probationary period. About This Role:

New Horizons Case Management (NH CM) Program offers a flexible team environment. The New Horizons Case Management Therapist IV supports their team by serving as a mentor and trainer through appropriate supervision of clinical staff. There are some active services provided in this role. Job Responsibilities Include: Provides oversight of the case management services being provided to Medicaid-funded and uninsured clients while ensuring that the following are provided: competent case management services, crisis intervention, outreach, assessment, linkage to and coordination with other service providers, client advocacy, and discharge planning Provides direct clinical and administrative supervision to three supervisors and oversight of the clinical and administrative supervision being provided to seven case managers Provides licensure supervision for LPC or LCSW candidates Provides oversight of Medicaid and licensure requirements through chart reviews and billing approvals Provides oversight of case management practices for services that target youth with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders Provides effective case management services to clients with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders that result in improved personal outcomes and stabilization of mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders Conducts comprehensive assessments, including ASAM Criteria and DLA-20, including formulating diagnoses Develops and implements treatment plans to promote the progress of youth and family being served Ensures program compliance with maintaining clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record according to agency, Medicaid, MCO and licensure policies and procedures Provides crisis intervention services Provides case consultations for supervisees or other program staff Documents all services, contacts and attempted contacts with clients, their families and collaterals Collaborates with other departments, professionals, and other stakeholders in the community (i.e., school staff, probation officers, psychiatrists, social workers, private providers, and residential treatment staff) Completes clinical record-keeping, court reports and administrative functions Maintains healthy boundaries with clients and their families Implements program, systems, state and federal directives Participates in the training and orientation of new program staff Minimum Requirements:

Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral science field Candidate must possess an unrestricted LPC or LCSW in the Commonwealth of Virginia 2-3 years of experience providing services to children, adolescents and families with issues related to mental health, substance use and co-occurring in a community-based setting 2-3 years of professional-level supervisory experience Preferences:

Experience providing oversight and direct clinical services to youth and families with complex mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders Experience providing administrative and clinical supervision to therapists Experience with and providing case management services Experience providing crisis intervention and risk management Experience with Medicaid-funded services for youth Experience collaborating with other service providers Bilingual and multilingual candidates encouraged to apply Special Requirements:

This is a full-time position, based in our Woodbridge office, that requires a 5-day work week that may include evening hours. Starting Salary Range :
