Location: Parsippany, NJ No of hours: 35/week Pay rate: $22/hr on w2. Essential Job Functions: Processing and auditing of regular invoices Processing and Matching of PO invoices Recording of wires and submission to Treasury Creation of payments (for all payment methods) Auditing of T&Es in Concur Assisting in extracting documentation for projects and audits when needed Assist the departments with reconciliation of invoices, vendor statements and internal data cleanup Vendor maintenance (new vendors, updates, inactivation) 1099 understanding and support Assist in projects. Produce Ad hoc reporting as requested Customer Service Requirements: Bachelors degree System knowledge of Oracle Payables (Preferred) Concur Expense (Preferred) SharePoint (Preferred) MS suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel..) Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills needed 2-5 years of AP experience AP coordinator Oracle, concur experience - big plus Customer service experience Data entry invoice, payments, vendors, Well-rounded coordinator Duration: 12 months Volume - expectation is 90-100/day. Some parts are automated. Reviewing escalations. Nothing international. Her team only process Canada and USA. Location - needs to come into the office at least 3 days week - 22 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054. M & F remote. Most of company. Hours- 9-5. Fridays until 1pm Access Type: M-F 9-5 EST Monday and Friday remotely, Tuesday-Thursday in the office. More flexibility will be provided depending on performance.
