This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on data leader with a successful track record in data, analytics, or engineering, and at least 2 years of leadership experience. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's data infrastructure to support innovative autonomous workflows and drive AI integration. In this role, you will take ownership of our modern data stack, ensuring seamless ingestion and normalization of data from diverse sources, while designing agent-ready data schemas. Your collaboration with C-level executives will be vital in delivering real-time insights and automation across the organization. We are seeking a dynamic leader with proven expertise in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and BI tools, coupled with a strong understanding of structuring data for AI applications. Experience in high-volume, operationally complex environments is critical, and proficiency in Python, LangChain, or LangGraph will be highly regarded.
