In this influential role, you will build and enhance a modern data stack, ensuring effective ingestion and normalization of data from diverse sources, which is crucial for real-time operations and reporting. Collaboration with executives will be essential to optimize data for AI-driven workflows. This role is vital in delivering impactful dashboards, unifying reporting across various teams, and leading a talented small team of analysts and engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in data, analytics, or engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong technical expertise in SQL, dbt, data warehousing, and BI tools is required, along with a proven track record in high-volume, operationally complex sectors like services, logistics, or marketplaces. A deep-seated passion for practical AI applications is a must, and familiarity with Python, LLM frameworks, or logistics optimization will be viewed favorably.
