HR Generalist
to join their team and play a key role in benefits administration, safety, leave management, and compliance. Title : HR Generalist Location : 5 days a week, Onsite in DTLA + Every other Friday Off Compensation : Up to $73k in base salary + Great Benefits What You’ll Do Oversee benefits, safety, workers comp, and ADA compliance Manage leave processes and confidential employee matters Track KPIs, identify workplace trends, and recommend proactive solutions Partner with leadership to strengthen policies, training, and workplace safety initiatives Maintain a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach in a dynamic environment What They’re Looking For 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in benefits and compliance Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience Experience in nonprofit is a plus, but not required Strong reporting and analytical skills to connect the dots and flag potential issues Bilingual skills are a plus **US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply. Compensation: $68,000-$73,000 per year
