The Opportunity
We’re seeking an
experienced Project Manager
to lead architectural projects of varying types and scales. The ideal candidate will be confident managing complex projects, building lasting client relationships, and guiding interdisciplinary teams through design development, construction documentation, and permitting phases.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from schematic design through permitting and construction documentation.
Coordinate internal teams and consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
Ensure production of detailed, technically sound construction documents.
Participate in design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years
of professional architectural experience (5+ in a leadership role).
Strong understanding of project delivery, permitting, and building codes.
Deep technical knowledge of
Construction Types I, II, and III
.
Expertise in
Revit
and
AutoCAD
; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.
California Architect License
strongly ;
LEED Accreditation
a plus.
