What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build and deliver a global talent strategy that enables the employer's next stage of growth and capability building

Lead and inspire a distributed team of Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes worldwide

Oversee executive and strategic hiring, ensuring diversity, capability, and speed remain central to every decision

Partner with business leaders to define future skills, develop career pathways, and strengthen internal mobility

Elevate the employer brand, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the company’s purpose and culture

What is Required (Qualifications):

Demonstrated experience leading large teams in Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, or broader People leadership roles

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in fast‑scaling, high‑growth organizations

Strong data‑driven problem‑solving skills, fluent in talent analytics and workforce insights

Ability to inspire and empower teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation

Curiosity, creativity, and courage to challenge, simplify, or reinvent processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in leading global or regional talent functions

Familiarity with strategic workforce planning and forecasting

Background in optimizing systems and tools for global scale and efficiency
