Ability to inspire and empower teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Curiosity, creativity, and courage to challenge, simplify, or reinvent processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in leading global or regional talent functions
Familiarity with strategic workforce planning and forecasting
Background in optimizing systems and tools for global scale and efficiency
