What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and deliver a global talent strategy to support the company’s growth and capability building

Lead a distributed team of Talent Acquisition leaders to achieve high-quality hiring outcomes globally

Oversee executive and strategic hiring with a focus on diversity and speed

Partner with business leaders to define future skills and strengthen internal mobility

Leverage data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and track impact

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience leading global or regional talent functions in fast-scaling organizations

Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution skills

Data‑driven problem solver with expertise in talent analytics and workforce insights

Demonstrated experience in leading large teams in Talent Acquisition or broader People leadership roles

Ability to inspire and empower teams while fostering accountability and collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in high-growth organizations with a focus on talent strategy and development

Proven track record of enhancing employer branding and candidate experience

Familiarity with structured training and coaching for hiring managers

Creative problem‑solving skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo

Experience working collaboratively with People & Culture and Finance teams
