Job Description:

This UX Content Designer role supports the modernization of digital tools for independent insurance agents and sales call center representatives.

The position is within a large UX organization (80+ members) focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences across quoting, customer service, and claims platforms.

The Content Designer will craft user-centered microcopy, build workflows, and structure information architecture to enhance sales tool usability and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product designers, product owners, engineers, and researchers in an agile environment.

Partner with UX Product Designers to support agile delivery squads.

Write application microcopy adhering to brand tone and style guidelines.

Develop content architecture and workflows to support sales professionals.

Identify content opportunities to improve user engagement and overall product experience.

Evaluate and optimize UX content through user feedback and usability data.

Coordinate across multiple product teams to ensure consistent and seamless experiences.

Contribute to the content design community of practice within the organization.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

3–5 years of relevant experience in UX content design, preferably for internal digital tools.

Proven experience working on complex applications or tools.

Experience collaborating within agile scrum environments.

Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with content strategy methods (audits, assessments, design thinking, user research, etc.).

Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross‑functional teams.

Detail‑oriented with proven ability to synthesize complex information.

A portfolio link at the top of the resume demonstrating UX content design work (mandatory).

Nice to Have:

Professional experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare sectors.

Experience supporting multiple agile software engineering teams simultaneously.

Familiarity with modern digital product ecosystems and user research practices.
