$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
About the Role As the first GTM team member, you will help lead our outbound sales motion – everything from generating leads to cold calling to taking demos to negotiating clients. You’ll continuously refine the process, help write the playbook, and eventually scale a sales team. You’ll also collaborate with the engineering team to shape the product roadmap to fill gaps for the next X clients.
This role is for ambitious and hungry SDRs / AEs who have what it takes to become a powerhouse. We reward positive performance aggressively. You’ll have a 1 year fast-pass to becoming sales manager / senior AE.
Responsibilities
First 2 quarters: lead generation and outbound across different industry verticals.
Next 2 quarters: source and close inbound + outbound deals end to end.
End of year 1: promotion to senior AE / sales manager.
End of year 2: promotion to sales director.
Qualifications
Ability to sell without a set playbook
Writing and presentation skills
Intuitive understanding of users + product
Familiarity with AI tools
(Preferred) experience in a SDR / AE role at a SaaS company
Compensation 200k-250k OTE with equity.
Location In person San Francisco preferred. The team averages 50-60 hours a week in person.
