We are hiring an experienced
Commercial Litigation Attorney
on behalf of a well-established and respected law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial and business litigation, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trials.
Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and firm partners.
Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, and other court filings.
Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration or mediation proceedings.
Manage client communications, maintain case files, and supervise junior attorneys or paralegals as needed.
Provide sound legal advice on a variety of complex commercial disputes, including contract, business tort, and partnership matters.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law
and in good standing with the State Bar of [State].
Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills with proven courtroom experience.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and case management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
