prestigious Am Law 100 global law firm
seeking a
Litigation Associate Attorney
to join its
Austin office . This full-time opportunity allows the associate to work on
complex commercial and business litigation matters
across a variety of industries and practice areas.
The ideal candidate will have
3-6 years of litigation experience
and be prepared to handle high-stakes matters while receiving mentorship and career development within a nationally recognized practice group. Key Responsibilities Manage
complex commercial and business litigation matters , including antitrust, construction, product liability, real estate, financial services, and energy disputes. Take
depositions
and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Brief and argue
dispositive and discovery motions . Interface with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders. Support mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings as needed. Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management. Qualifications 3-6 years
of relevant litigation experience at a law firm. Strong familiarity with federal, state, and local procedural rules. Excellent
writing, research, and oral advocacy skills . Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a
fast-paced team environment . Experience with mediation, arbitration, or trial is a plus. Active Texas State Bar membership
