Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team. This position can be based in the firm’s Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC office. Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits work Experience with transactional deal work, including employee stock ownership plan ("ESOP") transactions is preferred JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state About Us
