to lead and support a growing accounting team in Poulsbo, WA. The role involves high-level review work, tax planning, and direct client consulting across a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients.
Responsibilities:
Review U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for C-Corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary entities
Review individual and gift tax returns
Provide tax projections and strategic tax planning to clients
Conduct tax research and advise on complex tax issues
Manage multiple client projects while ensuring compliance and quality standards
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with team members
Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant
tax experience
in public accounting
CPA license preferred
Strong technical knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
Advanced proficiency with accounting/tax software (UltraTax, QuickBooks, CCH, or similar)
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities
