Senior SAP PT Consultant Location:
Germany - DACH
As part of our Professional Services Consulting team DACH we are looking for candidates with senior German SAP time experience. You will work with our German clients as well as our delivery center in Granada/Spain. Cross‑team collaboration in English is an important part of the role.
In future career stages, you may also extend your skills within SFSF Employee Central, SF Time, point‑to‑point integration and other leading HR systems solutions.
Key Responsibilities
One or multiple customer assignments
Lead design workshops to capture positive and negative time requirements
Analyze client requirements
Create functional documentation/workbooks
Implement customer requirements in SAP HCM PT or SF Time Tracking (with support of technical consulting team in our service centres)
Data migration
Lead testing cycle (Unit, User Acceptance Test)
Proactive alignment across work streams (e.g., hybrid SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, EC, EC Payroll projects)
Support Sales/Pre‑Sales within due diligence workshops for payroll with prospects
Requirements
Senior knowledge in positive and negative time management
Senior German SAP time configuration skills
Client focus and strong understanding of client needs
Positive attitude and collaboration internally and externally across Europe and India
Fluent in German and English
Understanding of SAP reporting tools
Understanding of time processes
Experience in software development life cycle within a structured project environment
Possibly experience within maintenance and support of SAP Time system
Multiple time project implementations including clocking integrations
Experience working in a virtual team‑oriented/home office based, collaborative, multinational environment (tools: Teams, chat, Outlook)
Experience balancing multiple tasks in busy environments
Business English proficiency (spoken and written)
Basic ABAP knowledge
