We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer to support our clients' Spray Drying Technology operations. This role involves assisting in the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of spray drying processes used in the production of powders and granules. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and a desire to grow within a collaborative, innovation-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Support process development and optimization for spray drying operations. Assist in conducting lab-scale and pilot-scale trials for new product development. Collect and analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing. Help prepare technical documentation such as batch records, SOPs, and reports. Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process deviations. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in spray drying, powder processing, or related manufacturing technologies. Experience with spray drying or similar function. Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry a plus. Familiarity with lab and pilot‑scale equipment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills
Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing environments. Exposure to GMP or other regulated manufacturing practices. Knowledge of process control systems and data analysis tools. Employment Type
