10+ years of experience in recruiting within software companies across multiple disciplines Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant‑tracking systems Proven ability to source and engage top talent in a competitive market, particularly in generative AI Strong organizational and time‑management skills for managing multiple requisitions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
