What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth software and AI/ML companies
Proven ability to identify and close top-tier AI talent, including researchers and engineers
Expertise in sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and arXiv
Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills to engage highly technical candidates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience managing complex, high‑priority requisitions simultaneously
Agility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving generative AI landscape
