W-2 Candidates only! Join our dynamic IT team as an IT Support Analyst (System Administrator) where you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch system administration and support services. Your expertise in troubleshooting, scripting, and customer service will be key in ensuring operational efficiency for our users. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administer a range of user systems, focusing on performance monitoring, preventive maintenance, and robust data backup solutions to minimize downtime. Utilize your knowledge of scripting languages (such as PowerShell, VBS, Python) to troubleshoot and enhance automated systems based on user feedback. Deliver exceptional Help Desk support for our offices and remote sales teams, resolving hardware, software, and application issues. Support Microsoft Exchange (Office 365) and various business applications like CRM and Salesforce (Veeva). Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Asset Management solutions (e.g., Intune, NinjaOne). Troubleshoot issues with VPN, Wireless, LAN, and Storage solutions. Understand business concepts and processes to effectively mediate and resolve business and technical challenges. Conduct regular performance analysis and optimize the backup environment. Maintain a good working knowledge of SharePoint, particularly file access permissions within Document Libraries. Manage Helpdesk ticketing escalations while also addressing first-level cases as needed to ensure outstanding customer service. Analyze and resolve issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, iPhones, iPads, and networking. Install and configure PCs, printers, and IT accessories. Support VPN connectivity and troubleshoot print queue issues. Assist with new user account and email setups, as well as retiring accounts for departing users. Exhibit excellent internal customer service and foster teamwork. Build and maintain strong relationships within and across internal business units. Support users in PC operations and standard applications.
