Service Desk specialist Total Positions 5 Duration Unit Contract Description TEKsystems is in search of a junior level service desk specialists to perform within password resets, answering phone calls, hardware/software break fix, installations, AD, account access, etc. o Provides first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems.
