Chief Financial Officer
to join our founding leadership team and co-architect the economic framework of this emerging global enterprise.
The Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) This is not a traditional finance role — it is a mandate to
design the financial architecture
of a company that aims to redefine how capital serves both profit and purpose. As CFO, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and CEO, responsible for scaling a high-performance financial ecosystem that demonstrates how
regenerative development
can deliver
institution-grade returns . You will lead all financial strategy, operations, and capital formation efforts as we scale from
$7M seed to $70M+ Series A
and beyond.
Key Responsibilities Capital Formation & Strategy
Lead all fundraising initiatives, including equity, debt, and hybrid structures, across multiple stages of growth.
Establish and oversee
Lotus Sanctum Capital , the company’s dedicated investment arm for sustainable real estate and AI ventures.
Financial Modeling & Performance
Own and refine comprehensive financial models for our
Village per Hectare
and franchise systems.
Ensure clear, data-driven pathways to profitability, operational efficiency, and scalable enterprise value.
Innovative Finance & Instruments
Develop new financial products and capital mechanisms — including
Sanctuary Bonds , carbon credit strategies, and
tokenized land trusts
— that align investors with long‑term ecological ROI.
Governance & Operations
Build and lead the internal finance function, including FP&A, accounting, and risk management.
Implement a
Triple Bottom Line
accounting framework that integrates financial, ecological, and social metrics.
Strategic Partnership
Partner with the CEO on global growth initiatives, including franchise agreements, AI licensing, and potential M&A opportunities across modular construction and technology ecosystems.
Ideal Profile (Seasoned Angel Impact Investor) You are a
financial architect
— capable of balancing creative structuring with disciplined execution. You bring institutional credibility and the agility of a builder.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership in
real estate finance, venture capital, private equity, or project finance.
Proven record of raising and deploying capital across Seed to Series B+ growth stages.
Deep fluency in financial modeling, capital structuring, and valuation strategy.
Experience in
franchise systems, PropTech, CleanTech, or SaaS
strongly preferred.
CPA, CFA, or MBA desirable.
Leadership Attributes
Strategic, analytical, and operationally hands‑on.
Exceptional communicator with investor presence and board-level polish.
Ethically grounded and motivated to align
profit with planetary stewardship.
