Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and investors, responsible for scaling the company’s financial infrastructure to support rapid growth and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, tax, and treasury.
Drive financial strategy, capital planning, and fundraising activities.
Build scalable systems, processes, and controls to support expansion.
Provide clear financial insights to guide executive and board-level decision-making.
Manage investor relations, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards.
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive finance experience, including prior CFO or senior finance leadership in a VC-backed or high-growth technology company.
Strong background in financial strategy, capital raising, and managing investor relationships.
Deep expertise in scaling finance operations within innovative, fast-moving environments.
CPA, MBA, or other advanced credential preferred.
