Position Details The Order to Cash (O2C) Global Process Owner will oversee and optimize the global O2C process across the organization. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable processes, order entry, billing, credit & cash management, collections, system administration, master data management, and data analytics. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and compliance, and implements best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with regional commercial teams, finance, IT, and other departments to align O2C processes with business objectives.

Lead the development, standardization, and optimization of global O2C processes across all business segments.

Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance end‑to‑end process efficiency and develop KPIs and SLAs for O2C performance.

Oversee the administration and optimization of process‑related systems, collaborating with IT and system vendors to maintain performance and continuous improvement.

Lead global master data management initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all systems.

Develop and manage analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into days sales outstanding, order entry, sales statistics, and process efficiency.

Ensure global O2C processes comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards, proactively mitigating related risks.

Develop and implement training programs to ensure end users understand and follow standardized O2C processes.

Manage third‑party relationships (e.g., billing platforms, collection agencies).

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

8+ years of experience in sales support, accounts receivable, collections, or a related field with a focus on O2C processes.

Extensive experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards and Oracle preferred) and O2C platforms, and ability to lead system configuration and optimization.

Expertise in master data management, process standardization, and governance.

Strong knowledge of global O2C processes, including sales order management, customer onboarding, and collections.

Experience working in a matrixed environment.

Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross‑functional, global teams.

Advanced analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision‑making and reporting tools.

Experience managing centers of excellence focused on process improvements and best‑practice implementation.

Professional certifications such as CARP, CCCM, or PMP are a plus.
