10+ yrs Systems Analyst/Developer;

3+ yrs Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, TA, TM, Benefits, Retirement)

7+ yrs: 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Core HR, Payroll, OGL)

7+ yrs: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – inbound/outbound integrations

7+ yrs: OTBI & BIP report development

5+ yrs: SQL/PLSQL

3+ yrs: Training & mentoring teams

Highly Desired

3+ yrs: Python

JavaScript, XML, Web Services, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Page Composer

Must-Have Experience

RICEW design (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)

BRD creation, solution blueprints, data conversions

OIC, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, UCM, MFT

Page personalization (Sandbox, Redwood), approval workflows, custom roles

Leading on‑prem to Fusion conversions, cutover, post‑go‑live support

Quarterly update management & adoption
