Location & Employment Carlsbad, CA | Full‑Time | Hybrid Flexibility
The Opportunity We're seeking a seasoned litigator who enjoys both real courtroom work and creative problem‑solving. You will lead complex commercial and real estate disputes from intake through resolution—with direct client interaction and a voice in firm strategy.
What You’ll Do
Take charge of a robust real estate litigation caseload (easements, development conflicts, lease & title disputes, non‑disclosure, HOA issues, etc.)
Craft and execute litigation strategy—motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trial prep
Collaborate closely with the transactional team to pursue early resolution when possible
Build lasting relationships with sophisticated clients (developers, investors, property owners)
Optional mentorship of junior attorneys—scale responsibility if desired
What You Bring
California Bar, active and in good standing
7+ years litigation experience with strong real estate exposure
Confident handling depositions, law & motion, and client communications independently
Entrepreneurial mindset: interest in building a practice with high autonomy
Portable business a plus but not required
