Join our Financial Markets & Real Estate – Valuations team as a Manager to perform valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products, create independent financial models using income or market approaches, and lead client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products.
Create independent financial models using income or market approaches.
Lead and manage client accounts focusing on valuations.
Mentor and develop junior staff members.
Ensure project success and maintain rigorous standards.
Implement strategic planning for client engagements.
Inspire and motivate team members to deliver quality.
Build and sustain meaningful client relationships.
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Required credentials or certifications:
CPA License in the work state.
Levels 1 & 2 of the CFA exam.
JD, PhD, MBA, or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance, or Hospitality.
State Licensed Appraiser, Member Appraisal Institute (MAI), or completion of CCIM designation requirements.
CHA or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Successful managerial experience involving capital markets and product lifecycle.
Strong understanding of financial products and market issues.
Proficiency in valuation methodologies and equity allocation.
Ability to assess the validity of others’ valuations and financial models.
Application of accounting, tax, and regulatory standards to complex financial instruments.
Effective communication skills in a professional services environment.
Salary Range $99,000 - $297,000, plus discretionary annual bonus.
