What’s the Role? As the Integrated Campaign Manager for Apartment List’s B2B side, you’ll drive the launch and optimization of integrated campaigns to grow our business with property management companies and owners. You’ll partner with marketing, sales, product, and content teams to execute flawlessly and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Lead integrated campaigns from strategy to analysis, supporting demand generation and event marketing with localized execution.
Partner with the product team to plan and launch campaigns for new product releases, driving adoption and expansion.
Develop and execute event marketing campaigns that engage attendees before and after conferences.
Analyze performance, refine tactics, and share insights with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align multichannel execution across the B2B stack.
Create reusable content and asset templates for scalable, consistent campaigns.
Innovate by testing new tools, channels, and approaches to improve audience reach, engagement, and conversion.
Define success metrics and work with marketing operations to forecast, track, and report on ROI, funnel metrics, and overall campaign effectiveness using Salesforce and Iterable.
Marketing Technology & Operations
Design, build, and optimize complex multi‑step journeys in Iterable, including A/B tests, segmentation logic, and deliverability.
Serve as the technical owner for data flow between marketing systems, configuring real‑time signal pushes between Iterable and Salesforce.
Implement solutions to capture external engagement signals (e.g., LinkedIn activity) and trigger corresponding email campaigns.
Own list health, accuracy, and segmentation for all B2B marketing lists within Iterable, ensuring compliance and deliverability.
What You Bring
4‑6 years of experience in integrated marketing or campaign management, ideally in a B2B or high‑growth startup.
Proven experience with Iterable (or similar platform such as Braze, Pardot, Marketo) and deep knowledge of Salesforce Campaign Management and Lead/Contact objects.
Technical proficiency to build, integrate, and troubleshoot data flows across systems.
Strategic mindset focused on achieving key business goals.
Data‑driven approach to measuring ROI of technical automation efforts.
Collaborative style that builds alignment across teams and translates goals into clear campaign strategies with defined metrics.
Creativity in content creation and an openness to innovative engagement ideas.
Pay Range
Zone 1: $132,000 – $160,000 TTC (base $119,000 – $144,500 + equity)
Zone 2: $122,500 – $148,500 TTC (base $110,000 – $133,000 + equity)
Zone 3: $112,600 – $136,500 TTC (base $101,000 – $122,800 + equity)
