Responsibilities We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial sellers to help found a new global business unit – the Agentic Platform. In this specialist role you will cross‑sell the Agentic Platform to existing customers and pursue new logos, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and the core Workato sales team. You will manage the full sales lifecycle: pipeline generation, qualification, and post‑sales growth.

In This Role, You Will Also Be Expected To

Understand the Workato platform, Agentic/AI solutions, and proposition at an elite level

Discover customer needs and requirements with a high degree of command

Seek out uncomfortable conversations and build trust with champions in your accounts

Consume a constant information diet to become a credible authority to customers

Work on a fully distributed team with 10‑20% travel for company, customer and industry meetings

Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

5‑10 years of experience in a closing role; startup and scale‑up experience preferred

Working experience with or equivalent knowledge of GenAI and Agents

Experience working with enterprise organizations and senior executives

Proven track record of performance and problem‑solving in your roles

For California applicants, the base pay for this role may range between $200,000 - $220,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.
