About the Role
Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where you will be integral to our mission of strategic growth and market expansion. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can craft and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that drives success. In this pivotal role, you will establish and maintain influential relationships with key customers and industry leaders while spearheading the pursuit of lucrative business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business development, sales, and contract negotiation, particularly within high-tech manufacturing sectors. You will leverage customer insights to drive product development and take a leadership role in bringing our advanced materials and magnet products to market. Candidates should hold a BA/BS degree or higher, with a proven record of at least 5 years in a senior business development role and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in materials, automotive, aerospace, chemicals, or other high-tech manufacturing fields.
We seek an analytical and strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate a collaborative, mission-driven culture. Experience with rare earth materials and magnets, along with a demonstrated ability to build successful commercial organizations, is highly sought after.
