About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships who will play a critical role in expanding our online business initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead our partnership strategy and execution within the youth sports ecosystem, focusing on driving digital user growth and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and optimizing relationships with both affiliate and strategic partners.
This position requires a seasoned professional with an extensive network in youth sports, a proven track record in developing and managing revenue-generating partnerships, and a strong understanding of digital user acquisition and online marketing principles. Key responsibilities include:
Engaging potential partners to drive growth.
Structuring and finalizing agreements that contribute to increased revenue.
Implementing various digital activations to enhance user engagement.
Overseeing renewal cycles and analyzing performance data for optimization.
Recommending strategic improvements based on analytical insights.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in sports, partnerships, or digital business development, along with exceptional communication and relationship management skills. An analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools are essential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and candidates must be prepared for a background check upon offer.
