Project Coordinator
Talent Corps is currently seeking a
Project Coordinator
to support operations and project management teams with administrative and contract management functions. This role is key to ensuring projects stay on track, meet quality and budget standards, and are executed in compliance with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, organizing activities, and prioritizing communications.
Process client contracts, vendor subcontracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
Maintain accurate project files, records, and documentation in company systems.
Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining project administrative procedures.
Act as a point of contact for project teams, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication.
Support Project Managers, Operations Managers, and sales staff by tracking project status, flagging issues, and ensuring compliance with established processes.
Administer the sales booking process and track client/vendor contracts.
Facilitate project close-out, including turnover meetings, documentation, and recordkeeping.
Assist with monthly progress billing and coordinate with Accounting and Project Managers.
Ensure proper naming, storage, and maintenance of project logs and documents.
Contribute to maintaining a professional office environment and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate Degree .
Minimum of 2 years’ project and contract-related administrative experience.
Strong financial background with exposure to budgets and controls.
Knowledge of construction contracts and basic accounting processes .
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through on outstanding items.
Customer-focused, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across teams.
