Responsibilities Lead the food safety and nutritional care aspects of the Food and Nutrition Services Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies. Oversee the efficiency of food preparation and distribution, focusing on safety, nutritional adequacy, and patient care. Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to clinical services, food preparation, distribution, purchasing, sanitation, safety practices, performance improvement, and staff education.

Qualifications Education and Work Experience:

Registered Dietitian (CMS required)

Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Nutrition or a related field (preferred)

Minimum of two years’ experience in nutrition and food service management (desirable)

Valid Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization (maintained current)

Pay Transparency The annual compensation range for this role is $78,000.00 to $112,216.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The final offer will be determined at hiring decision time.
