What You’ll Need
Proven track record of profitability as a trader for at least two years
Develop and implement trading strategies aimed at generating consistent profits while adhering to risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements
Ability to create and support quantitative models
Experience with data analysis programming languages (Python is a plus)
Attentive, mindful, and focused demeanor
Proven self‑starter
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic trading environment, with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Strong communicator who works well with others and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
Compensation The approximate annual base compensation range for this position in White Plains, New York is $72,000 to $120,000. The actual offer will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity. The total rewards package includes health benefits, a 401(k) plan, PTO, parental leave, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and discretionary bonus.
