Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Lead large‑scale initiatives across multiple teams and regions, driving long‑term decisions for functions or business units.
Collaborate with Engineering Directors, Product Designers, Engineers, Applications, Marketing, and Manufacturing to align project goals with market demands and business objectives.
Project Leadership
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
Identify and mitigate obstacles and risks, ensuring project continuity and quality.
Lead projects independently and design/implement new processes and solutions.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Partner with other Program Managers to prioritize deliverables across concurrent development and sustaining projects.
Facilitate global team communication and resolve conflicts.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as primary contact for internal communications, providing updates, escalating critical issues, and ensuring transparency.
Maintain compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
Mentor and upskill team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high‑tech or semiconductor environment.
Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
US citizenship or permanent residency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in RF or IC product development from concept to production.
Proficiency with MS Project, Confluence, Jira, and advanced Excel (VBA).
Beamforming experience.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Ability to manage ambiguity, drive strategic initiatives, and influence stakeholders.
Coaching and mentoring junior project managers.
