Senior Customer Relationship Manager
Cintas is seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Manager to serve as a liaison between Cintas customers, sales, and all business units. Responsibilities include managing business relationships with customers to ensure accurate and timely program implementation, increased penetration and retention of the customer; account management, growth; profitability; execution of marketing strategy; sales; and inventory management.
Skills / Qualifications Required
High School Diploma / GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant business discipline preferred
Minimum 4 years' account management or project management experience
Minimum 1 year management / leadership experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet / internet
Experience in problem resolution with collaboration
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight
Preferred
Experience developing and / or executing a sales / marketing plan
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Access

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $89,100 - $115,500 / Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and / or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
