Responsibilities:

Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and variance reporting.

Maintain and update standard cost data; support annual cost roll processes.

Analyze manufacturing cost variances and prepare timely reporting for leadership.

Participate in physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory accounts.

Maintain accurate fixed asset records and assist with depreciation tracking.

Reconcile general ledger accounts, including inventory and key balance sheet items.

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reporting activities.

Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Participate in internal and external audits and help ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.

Must-Have Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting preferred).

Strong Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.

Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA licensure.

Experience with Infor or similar ERP systems.

Prior involvement in inventory or fixed asset accounting.

Exposure to operational or plant-level financial processes.

Willingness to occasionally travel to other manufacturing sites as needed.
