ACCOUNTING CLERK (AP and AR )

Lusive Decor . This full‑time hybrid position is based in Los Angeles, with four days in the office and one day remote.
What You’ll Do Accounts Payable
Code and enter vendor bills
Process payments and review vendor accounts
Keep vendor records up to date and organized
Accounts Receivable
Create and send customer invoices
Process incoming payments and send monthly statements
Handle collections and account reconciliations
Banking & Financials
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Prepare bank deposits
Assist with weekly and monthly financial reports
Payroll & HR Support
Process weekly/biweekly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork
Support HR with timekeeping and basic employee communications
General Office and Accounting Support
Work with our off‑site CPA during tax prep and year‑end close
Help with financial reporting and data entry as needed
Manage filing, and help keep the office organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing experience a plus!)
Comfortable with Microsoft Business Central Accounting
Experience with QuickBooks is also helpful
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
Ability to multitask and work well with a small, hands‑on team
