The Position: We’re seeking a
Construction Administrator / Project Manager
to join our Los Angeles team and take a key role on our high-level complex
Education, Arts, Cultural, and institutional projects . This full‑time position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee construction administration on a landmark DSA project while positioning for future leadership growth within our practice.
Position: Construction Administrator / Project Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid Schedule
What You’ll Do:
Lead day‑to‑day construction administration on a large‑scale, complex project with CA/PM oversight.
Act as the primary liaison between the design team, consultants, contractors, and the client during construction.
Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders with precision and consistency.
Conduct site visits and observations; produce field reports and ensure compliance with design intent.
Manage schedules, budgets, and documentation to maintain project quality and integrity.
Participate in project meetings, resolve issues proactively, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Support design teams through technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices sharing.
Contribute to firmwide standards and processes as part of a growing leadership track.
What You Need (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
8–15 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction administration, or project management.
Strong background in
Education, Higher Education, Arts & Cultural , or
complex institutional projects .
Proven experience with
Higher Education, DSA, and Arts
projects or equivalent public sector review processes.
Exceptional organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high‑quality results under deadlines.
Professional licensure (or track toward licensure).
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and project management tools.
What’s Offered (Competitive Full Package – ):
Salary:
$120,000 – $155,000 (DOE)
