We are looking for an in‑office position based at our Draper, UT headquarters, Monday‑Friday, 1‑5 pm. Employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
Job Summary As a Payroll Services Admin, you will be an integral part of our team, providing support to Payroll Services and other departments. This part‑time role (20 hours per week) involves printing documents, processing checks, managing mail, and general office tasks. You will work in a team of two part‑time admins covering core business hours (8 am‑5 pm MT).
Essential Job Duties
Mail Management
Open and sort incoming mail
Scan mail to ensure proper distribution
Prepare and ship packages, selecting appropriate shipping methods, labeling, and tracking
In‑office printing
Print and sort documents and checks accurately for daily operations
Scan and digitize printed documents for record‑keeping and storage
Audit scanned tax filings and payments
General Administrative Support
Adhere to mandatory security requirements for high‑risk physical assets
Follow SOPs and control measures, updating as needed
Maintain inventory organization and order office supplies
Prepare status reports for work performed
Data entry as needed
Other projects and responsibilities as needed
During peak times (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) additional hours may be required.
During non‑peak times, support other teams (triaging customer inquiries, case work, special projects).
Fulfill print and mail jobs for other teams, intake work, and deliver in a timely manner.
Assist EA staff with mail room needs as required.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in an administrative or office setting
Basic knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and mail‑handling systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and resolve concerns quickly
Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce
Commitment to punctuality and reliability, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
