Human Resources Generalist – Primary Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day HR coordination for employee benefit activities: answer questions, set up benefit processes such as new hire and open enrollment, qualifying event changes, beneficiary designations and terminations.
Coordinate and monitor leave of absence programs including parental leave, FMLA, short/long term and the workers compensation program. Ensure leave eligibility and appropriate return to work.
Coordinate various employee events, recognition activities and surveys.
Develop, source, present and track various training programs.
Participate in reviewing, developing and updating employee communications, policies, handbook and various plan documents.
Assist with recruitment activities including attending college recruitment events as needed.

Requirements Human Resources Generalist – Skills and Requirements:
Candidates must have a BA/BS degree, preferably in Human Resources from an accredited college or university.
0-2 years of experience in a mid‑sized company or prior experience.
Basic understanding of employee benefits (health, welfare, retirement) administration and compliance requirements.
Prior experience coordinating and conducting training sessions.
Prior recruitment experience.
Experience with Paylocity and Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.
