Core Responsibilities

Assist in hardware setup, imaging, and basic workstation configuration for Epic‑related devices.

Support on‑site validation activities alongside specialists to ensure devices are Epic‑ready.

Conduct basic workstation checks (connectivity, login, printing, single sign‑on).

Help update and maintain the Epic master hardware spreadsheet under direction.

Assist with the configuration and testing of Epic Workstation (LWS) and Print Records (EPR) following documented procedures.

Perform initial troubleshooting for workstation or printing issues and escalates unresolved issues appropriately.

Participate in Epic go‑live events to assist with device setup and end‑user support.

Shadow other team members on site assessments, validations, and Epic print queue management.

Learn to use internal scripts and tools for validation, kiosk setup, and printer configuration.

Expected Skills / Experience

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Eagerness to learn Epic environment structure and endpoint management concepts.

Typically 2‑4 years of IT support experience or equivalent technical training.

Additional Skills & Qualifications This candidate will be fully on site, in a customer‑facing role. Someone with a great personality, go‑getter mindset, and looking to grow is an ideal fit. Epic and healthcare experience is not a must, but is great to have.

Experience Level Intermediate Level

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
