Location: Schaumburg, IL – Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall.
Position type: Full‑time. Seniority: Entry level.
Base pay: $18.00/hr (pay based on skills and experience).

Key Responsibilities
Guest services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM – 7 AM), assist with check‑ins, reservations, and inquiries.
Night audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem‑solving skills and independence.
Qualifications
1 year in a hotel or related field (supervisory experience is a plus).
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
