$90k - $120k + Benefits What You’ll Do
Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Supervise and mentor staff accountants, providing training and review of work papers. Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing tailored audit programs. Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation in accordance with GAAP. Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, communication, and reliable service. Collaborate with partners and managers to improve processes, maintain quality control, and support firm‑wide initiatives. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Active CPA license or progress toward licensure. Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in public accounting with audit or assurance focus. Strong technical understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting standards. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits
